West Milwaukee board approves $209,540 in bills and $124,484 payroll

Trustee Greenfield moved to approve checks numbered 34453 through 34521 totaling $209,540.45; the board recorded a roll call and the motion carried. Greenfield later moved to approve the May 16, 2025 payroll in the amount of $124,484.64; that motion also passed on a roll call vote.
Trustee Greenfield then moved to approve the Treasurer’s Report for January and February 2025. Trustee Edgar asked why the January report was only being presented now; Administrator Egan said the Clerk-Treasurer had limited early-year activity to report and the office waits until accounts show more activity before distributing the January report. After discussion the board took a roll call and the motion carried.
All motions reported in this meeting were carried by the trustees present: Hill, Schuettke, Edgar, Schaefer, Greenfield and President Stalewski (Trustee Ragonese was excused).
