Osceola council approves consent agenda, nuisance assessments, claims and permits

The consent agenda included Amendment #2 to the Central Business District Agreement for construction services review and other routine items.
Other consent actions recorded in the minutes include approval of a development agreement with CCDC for a lot incentive program, city approval of a special events permit for Christmas in the Park, and a motion to waive sewer charges for the Clarke County Animal Shelter.
