River Ridge CDD approves goals and performance measures required by HB7013

Management proposed three core focus areas—Community Communication and Engagement; Infrastructure and Facilities Maintenance; and Financial Transparency and Accountability—and noted the initial report must be posted on the CDD website by Dec. 1, 2025. Supervisor Kurt Blumenthal moved to approve the Goals and Objectives and the Performance Measures/Standards & Annual Reporting Form; Supervisor Robert Twombly seconded, and the motion carried with all in favor.
