Single‑family site plans and demolitions: The council approved three separate site plans and demolitions presented by Drees Homes for properties at 2325 Milton Road, 2620 Whiton Road and 2644 Whiton Road, each contingent on entering a development agreement with the city and posting a surety bond. Applicants said the houses are in poor condition and construction will follow city working‑hour and safety requirements.
