Staff said the show will be managed as a rolling submission and asked commissioners to help publicize the call; the commission agreed that staff should prepare a stack of updated flyers for pickup by commissioners.
The commission also discussed exhibition logistics such as hang and removal dates, banner imagery and volunteer assistance for installation. Staff will finalize dates and logistics and return any specific calendar updates to the commission.
