Rothschild board holds closed session on property negotiations and authorizes administrator to negotiate

The reconvened open session directed staff to pursue negotiation as discussed; the board recorded no further public action or finalized sale terms at the Jan. 12 meeting. The meeting then adjourned at 8:08 p.m.
