Zoning Coordinator Rebekka Borchardt said the addition will add interior classrooms, storage, kitchen facilities and hall space. The site is zoned Government/Institutional and the addition meets required setbacks and height limits. The applicant demonstrated no net increase in impervious surface by removing some parking stalls, and the planned disturbance is under one acre, so a state stormwater plan is not required. The board required a stormwater maintenance agreement and a full basin clean‑out at project completion; erosion control measures and standard building permits will apply.
The board approved the site plan subject to standard conditions (motion moved by Bill Schremp, seconded by Jason Jablonski; vote 7–0).
