Engineer requests waivers for Burgess Road lot-line adjustment; board takes no vote

Cynthia Smith of Horizon Engineering Associates presented a lot-line adjustment proposal for 645 and 667 Burgess Road at the July 1 Lower Saucon Township Board meeting.
Smith told the board the filing is a lot-line adjustment only — no new lots are being created — and that the applicant seeks two waivers: 1) sidewalks, curbs and storm sewer along the existing street; and 2) street-tree installation. She said the Planning Commission recommended approval of the waivers and the plan at its recent meeting.
Board members asked procedural questions about the Planning Commission disposition, and the chair said the board would not vote on the plan that night but took the presentation and noted applicants were present.
No members of the public spoke on the item during the meeting.
