The Marquette County Transportation Coordinating Committee reported on March 12 that its 85.21 application was uploaded to the WisDOT website and approved for 2026.
Jan Krueger, the transportation program specialist, told members the application "was uploaded to the WisDOT website" and that it "was approved and awarded as presented." She reviewed the quarterly reporting requirements to DOT and noted added report items about vehicle condition and mileage.
The committee also reported a DVA grant award of $5,638.27. "The grant was approved and awarded $5,638.27," Krueger said; the committee recorded that the payment was deposited into 2025 because it is a reimbursement for expenses from 2024–2025.
Committee members did not propose further changes to how the awards will be used during the meeting. The next procedural step is routine accounting and incorporation of awarded funds into the department's budget records.
The committee scheduled its next meeting for June 11, 2026.
