The minutes record a net increase of $5,666.54 since Jan. 6.
Committee members discussed January expenses of $2,484.30, which the treasurer itemized as three oil deliveries, one Eversource bill, one pharmacy bill, one Connecticut Water bill and backpack supplies costing $231.67; year-to-date expenses were recorded as $14,305.31. January revenue was listed as $922.55.
A motion to accept the treasurer’s report was made by Emily Chase and seconded by Joyce Berardis; the motion text is recorded in the minutes (final disposition not specified). Earlier in the meeting the minutes from the prior meeting were read and accepted with no corrections after a motion by Betsy Scholfield and a second by Nancy McGee.
The committee set its next regular meeting for April 7, 2026.
