The Butler County Board of Supervisors approved three minor subdivision plats during its June 23 meeting.
Resolutions #35‑2026 (Roose Addition), #36‑2026 (Deike Addition) and #37‑2026 (Johnson Addition) were each moved, seconded, and approved unanimously after the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval. The plats create buildable lots and include required access easements and legal descriptions of parcel boundaries and acreage.
The Roose Addition plat (Resolution #35‑2026) covers a parcel in the NW¼ and SW¼ of Section 29, Township 92 North, Range 16 West and includes a 33‑foot access easement. The Deike Addition plat (Resolution #36‑2026) creates Parcel F in the NE¼ NE¼ of Section 35 and notes access from an existing driveway on 210th Street. The Johnson Addition plat (Resolution #37‑2026) divides a parcel in the SE¼ NW¼ of Section 9; each resolution states the plats are subject to easements and restrictions of record.
Each resolution states it takes effect immediately. The Board recorded votes as AYES: Greg Barnett, Wayne Dralle, and Rusty Eddy for each resolution.
