The Deike Addition plat (Resolution #36‑2026) creates Parcel F in the NE¼ NE¼ of Section 35 and notes access from an existing driveway on 210th Street. The Johnson Addition plat (Resolution #37‑2026) divides a parcel in the SE¼ NW¼ of Section 9; each resolution states the plats are subject to easements and restrictions of record.
Each resolution states it takes effect immediately. The Board recorded votes as AYES: Greg Barnett, Wayne Dralle, and Rusty Eddy for each resolution.
