Cerro Gordo County — The Cerro Gordo County Board of Supervisors voted on May 18 to amend the county zoning map for a 2.00-acre parcel owned by Duane E. Schlichting, changing the classification from A-1 Agricultural District to A-2 Agricultural Residence District.
Chairman Casey Callanan opened the public hearing on the Schlichting application at 10:10 a.m. The hearing was closed and Supervisor Chris Watts moved to adopt the resolution; Vice Chairman Carl Ginapp seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
