Hobart director outlines expanded youth programs and event staffing

Speakers also highlighted local school band and orchestra achievements, reporting multiple gold and silver ratings and several students advancing to state-level competitions. The Director said the youth council identified expanded programming as a priority and staff will aim to begin the after-school work in March.
