Franklin County Legislature amends 2026 highway budget, allocates $1.67 million in CHIPS and project funding

The motion carried unanimously with all members present voting in the affirmative. The resolution amends capital and project accounts in the county’s 2026 budget; it does not contain contract awards or vendor names in the published resolution text.
