Osceola — At its Dec. 2 meeting the Osceola City Council approved several routine and project-related items, including a second reading to vacate an east/west alley, a Federal-Aid Agreement linked to TAPU-5772(607)-8I-20, a tax-abatement resolution for a new construction project, and the consent agenda.
