Wilmington council adopts contracts, subdivision approvals and service-agreement amendments

Ordinance 26-038 authorized a two-year physician/medical practitioner services contract (contract 2637 HRPS) between Wilmington and Innovative Work Health Solutions LLC for July 1, 2026'June 30, 2028, with the possibility of one one-year extension. Council approved the measure by recorded vote.
Ordinance 26-042 approved the Christina Crossing major subdivision plan at 501 South W Street, authorized acceptance of a dedication for Howard Street (between South Market and South Walnut) and added Howard Street and approximately 0.18 acres to the official city map.
Ordinance 26-043 authorized a first amendment to a professional services agreement (Mullen & Lteran Associates Inc. / Northeast and Bucks Company trading as Mullen & Lteran) to provide technical assistance for the city's CDBG, HOME, ESG, HOPWA and HOME-ARP programs.
Council also adopted Resolution 26-055 to extend the planning department's review period for a pending rezoning application and Resolution 26-057 to dispose rehabilitated residential properties using CDBG funds to sell to low- and moderate-income households.
