River Ridge CDD elects officers, confirms administrative appointments

The River Ridge Community Development District Board of Supervisors on Nov. 19 adopted Resolution 2025-02 formalizing the board’s officers for 2025. The board elected Bob Schultz as Chair and Terry Mountford as Vice Chair, and confirmed Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill as assistant secretaries.
The action came after Mr. Mountford nominated the slate and Mr. Blumenthal seconded. District Manager Mrs. Adams presented the resolution; the motion carried unanimously. The board also confirmed existing administrative appointments, including Chesley “Chuck” Adams as Secretary, Craig Wrathell as assistant secretary and treasurer, and Jeff Pinder as assistant treasurer.
The item follows the formal administration of the Oath of Office earlier in the meeting, when Mrs. Adams, serving as a notary, swore in newly elected supervisors Kurt Blumenthal (Seat 3), Terry Mountford (Seat 4) and Robert Twombly (Seat 5). The board discussed the statutory ethics-training and disclosure requirements and directed staff to add the four-hour required ethics training deadline to the Key Activity Dates list.
