Jeff Nickerson, an attorney from Falmouth representing the Thompson family, introduced an Approval Not Required (ANR) submission to the Planning Board on June 17 that would move the lot line between two lots on Pinerove Circle (identified in the plan as A2A and A3A). Nickerson said the property has been in the Thompson family since the late 1940s and that the front lot functions as a common open area used by neighbors for recreation; he told the board the line shift would simplify insurance and site management.
"All we're asking to do is move the lot line up in this area," Nickerson said while pointing to the plan. The board agreed the matter should return for a brief administrative review and scheduled the item for the July 1 meeting, noting the clerk's office must stamp the form before final action. The planner said the item will likely be a quick approval on the next agenda and the applicant should expect a five‑minute slot at 6:35 p.m.
No formal vote was taken on June 17; the board asked the applicant to submit any comments in writing beforehand and to appear promptly at the July 1 hearing.
