Director of Administration Kerry Brugger said the measure applies to new construction on the site and that the item returned to council for a final zoning designation. There were no questions or objections and the ordinance passed by roll call, 7–0.
The ordinance completes the local zoning action for the parcel; the administration did not note additional conditions or changes to the ordinance during the meeting.
