The meeting minutes state the board reviewed the Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet for Jan.–Dec. 2025 and that all questions about the financials were answered.
The action follows earlier email deliberations the board held before the meeting. The minutes do not specify the total dollar amount of the proposed 2026 budget.
The board also approved the minutes of the Sept. 24, 2025 and Nov. 19, 2025 regular meetings as written and approved the Nov. 19, 2025 executive session minutes with corrections.
The meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
