Trustee Ryan Osborn moved to adopt the resolution and Trustee Amanda Fangmeier seconded; the motion carried. The resolution cites Neb. Rev. Stat. §84‑1412(2) and directs that the regulations and the form be posted at meetings and made available to the public. It also requires board members to submit requests for agenda items to the Clerk or Chair no later than three business days before a regular meeting except for emergency items.
