Phil Young moved the resolution; Whitney seconded, and the motion carried without recorded opposition.
Committee members said this reapportionment is routine because the county does not know its final CHIPS allocation until the state issues its annual totals. The funds will be applied to the county’s paving and roadway programs identified as Pave New York, EWR and POP.
