The George Mason Forest Homeowners Association Board of Directors unanimously re-elected its current slate of officers during its May 19, 2026 meeting.
Heather Villavicencio, president, called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and opened the floor for a vote on retaining the current officers. Tom Calhoun, board member, moved “to elect the four Directors to continue in their current positions”; Lloyd Luck, board member, seconded the motion, and the slate was elected unanimously by those in attendance.
Secretary Fred Knowles reported that the May meeting minutes were approved unanimously by members in attendance via email on May 27, 2026. Knowles also moved to approve the annual meeting presentation and the minutes from that presentation; the motion was seconded by Villavicencio and approved unanimously by those present.
The Board noted attendance of seven members (Villavicencio, Fred Knowles, Tom Calhoun, Lloyd Luck, Roy DeLauder, Cynthia Yellen and Cindy Linnebur by phone) and recorded two absences (Julie Stewart and Aaron Middlekauff). The meeting adjourned at 8:15 p.m.; the next meeting date and location are to be determined.
