Courtney Bergey, the city's EDA Director, briefed council members on the project and said the council must decide whether to continue planning or cease activity. Council Member Mike Hagen moved to proceed to get a schematic design paid for by the Blandin Foundation grant; Council Member Karen Folstad seconded the motion and the council approved it.
