Spring Grove council adopts $700,000 2025 tax levy, a 3% increase

Council Member Trent Turner moved to approve Resolution 24-59; Council Member Karen Folstad seconded the motion and the council approved the resolution. The minutes record public comments noting that assessed property values are largely outside the city’s control.
