Buildings & Grounds reports maintenance complete on generators, flags possible jail plumbing-control upgrade

Van Treeck said fairgrounds show barn lights were replaced, with adjustable spot and walkway lighting added, and that storm and emergency cleanup are performed by B&G after each storm.
Van Treeck also shared his 2025 budget report for the committee’s benefit and said a signage project will be completed by the next Property Committee meeting. He asked the committee to consider investigating an update to plumbing controls in the jail to improve the ability to shut off water when necessary; he said Buildings & Grounds can complete that work. The minutes provide no estimate of cost or timeline for the proposed plumbing-controls work.
