The proposed ordinance revisions would clearly define the parcels included in Canfield Woods and strengthen language preserving the land as open space. Cynthia Torres moved to send the ordinance to Town Meeting and Duane Gates seconded; the motion passed 3-0.
Town Attorney Jane Marsh was cited as assisting with the formalization of the addition; the board did not adopt the ordinance at the meeting but directed that it be placed on the Town Meeting agenda for consideration.
