Planning board approves amended minutes, seeks volunteers for Master Plan and OSRP committees

The Charlemont Planning Board approved the Sept. 18, 2025 meeting minutes as amended to correct Topstitch’s address to 2069 Route 2 (Mohawk Trail). Bob Nelson moved to approve the minutes, and Jennifer Mooney seconded; all members voted in favor.
The board also considered a draft from Liz Bouyea calling for new committee members for an Open Space and Recreation Plan (OSRP) committee and a Master Plan Implementation Committee. Bouyea proposed monthly hybrid meetings and periodic joint sessions with other boards; she suggested outreach through the town newsletter and email lists compiled during the Master Plan workshops.
Bob Nelson closed the meeting at 7:36 p.m.
