Student representative urges board to expand Revere Student Voices districtwide

Juna outlined RSV’s regular activities — monthly student surveys, liaison work with school counselors and administrators, and small projects such as fundraising for an additional microwave to ease cafeteria wait times. “Even small concerns can have a meaningful impact on students’ daily lives when they are heard and acted upon,” he said, and said RSV’s executive team plans to attend every board meeting beginning in August to speak during public comment when issues directly affect students.
Board members applauded the presentation. The remark was recorded in the public-comment portion of the meeting; no formal board action was taken at that time.
