Avon Plan Commission elects officers, approves minutes and completes annual training

The Avon Advisory Plan Commission opened its Feb. 23 meeting at 6:30 p.m. and recorded attendance, noting Kathryn Ransburg as President and Paul Guckenberger as Vice President among present members. Commissioner Bill Reed nominated Kathryn Ransburg for President; the nomination was seconded by Commissioner Jennifer Spencer and passed 5-0. P. Guckenberger was nominated and elected Vice President; the commission also nominated Guckenberger as the Board of Zoning Appeals appointee.
