Plan Commission forwards favorable recommendation for The Gatherings Lot 2 rezoning

Staff recommended forwarding a favorable recommendation to the Town Council. Petitioner David Gilman presented the request. The public hearing was opened and closed without substantive comment. Commissioner Bill Reed moved to forward a favorable recommendation to Town Council; the motion passed 5-0.
The recommendation now proceeds to Town Council for final action; the Plan Commission’s vote is a recommendation rather than a final rezoning decision.
