In the director’s report, Jack said Midwest Fiber’s last permit for fiber‑to‑the‑home along Jackson Drive had been submitted and approved; he described CableCom and ProSafe as subcontractors handling restoration and asked residents to send restoration requests by email so staff can forward them. Jack also said the dog park has had major clearing and fence work and should see gates and final grading within one to two weeks, Maple Fields sidewalks are being poured with minor water box relocations planned, Jackson Park pickle‑ball courts were undergoing final warranty repairs, and the water tower interior work is nearly complete and in the curing period before returning online. The director noted the 2026 street lighting bid will be advertised in early July with a July 20 bid opening.
