Town beach committee finalizes resident-only stickers and plans towing notice; social posts to precede enforcement

Committee members suggested creating a short Canva-style notice announcing that town stickers are required for parking/launching at the town beach and that towing will be enforced as of the stated effective date discussed in the meeting.
