City Manager Mark Musselwhite said staff is reviewing logistics and raised a maintenance concern about alcohol spills on the conference center carpet. Council members discussed the event’s staffing needs and liability implications but did not take a formal vote during the special called work session.
The request was discussed as part of regular agenda business; no approvals or permit decisions were recorded at the meeting. Council did not specify additional conditions or a timeline for a final determination.
