Dos said staff earlier sent postcards to impacted properties and will follow up with letters that include temporary parking passes and a QR code to online information about specific working hours and parking options during daytime construction. She said parking enforcement will be briefed about temporary permissions; residents will still be allowed on‑street parking outside working hours. Staff intends comprehensive notification via posted signs, direct mail and social media.
No formal action was taken; staff will notify residents and proceed when PennDOT approval is granted.
