The Town of Windsor Locks Conservation Commission met briefly on Jan. 27, 2026, when Chair Darry Ruiter called the session to order at 6:10 PM at Windsor Locks Town Hall. After the Pledge of Allegiance and a member roll call found only Darry Ruiter and Mary Jane Perrier present, the chair adjourned the meeting at 6:11 PM because a quorum was not present. The recording secretary, Emily Kalenauskas, signed the minutes as "Respectfully submitted." No presentations, public comments, motions, or votes were recorded.
