The approval followed a brief exchange over a sentence in the minutes that had read "7 feet of additional impervious surface," which members clarified referred to a 7‑square‑foot increase that triggered stormwater mitigation requirements because the work was treated as an addition. The board amended the minutes to reflect the clarification and then voted the minutes approved.
The board did not identify additional follow‑up tasks for 306 Hunter Street beyond the conditions recorded in the resolution; consultants present said they had no outstanding objections.
