Deephaven council appoints Stantec (Steve Hegland) as city engineer

On a motion by Councilmember John Studer, seconded by Councilmember Tom Erdmann, the council approved Hegland’s selection; the vote was unanimous 5‑0.
There was no additional discussion recorded about contract terms at the meeting; staff will return the final contract for administrative completion and any necessary council review.
