Mr. Wilbur moved to accept the application and set a public hearing for July 8, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.; Mrs. Lynn seconded and the motion carried unanimously. The minutes note that the Sharon Inland Wetlands & Watercourses Commission has also received an application for the property.
The commission’s acceptance places the application on a formal track for public notice and comment; the hearing will allow abutters and other residents to present comments on site plans and proposed drainage and parking changes. Staff will coordinate required notices and materials for the hearing.
