The Dundy County Commissioners unanimously approved Resolution No. 76-2026-10 at a special meeting on June 29, 2026, following a review of the county’s current expenditure report. Commissioner Aaron Keiser moved for approval; Commissioner Tom Richard seconded and the motion carried.
Chairman Sye Tecker called the meeting to order at 8:34 a.m. and announced the location of the Open Meetings Act. Present were Commissioner Aaron Keiser, Commissioner Tom Richard, Deputy Clerk Christina Collier, Assessor Tish Burrell and Treasurer Penny Denny.
The commissioners reviewed an expenditure report and a resolution drafted by the clerk’s office and identified overtures in payroll funding accounts affecting Miscellaneous General, the Communication Center and the Noxious Weeds budget. The board directed that payroll funding for those accounts be calculated differently going into the new fiscal year and that those accounts be closely monitored throughout the year.
With no public comment, the commissioners approved the agenda at the start of the meeting and later voted to adopt Resolution No. 76-2026-10 by unanimous voice vote. Chairman Sye Tecker moved to adjourn at 8:57 a.m.; Commissioner Aaron Keiser seconded.
The next regular meeting is scheduled for July 6, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. A copy of the approved minutes and any resolutions are available from the Dundy County Clerk’s Office.
