Norwich Fire Chief William F. Carl resigns; trustees accept resignation and appoint Charles Lewis

Norwich Township Trustees accepted a written resignation from Fire Chief William F. Carl, who asked to be relieved of his duties effective Jan. 1, 1977, citing health reasons.
