P&Z approves agenda and minutes, schedules reviews for Up the Creek Bar and continues one project

The commission reviewed Up the Creek Bar for compliance and, with a motion from Supervisor Helman seconded by Commissioner Vanek, recommended a two‑year follow‑up review in March 2028; that motion carried 9-0. The Ucker/Bragman project was continued to the April meeting with no further action recorded.
The meeting adjourned following a motion by Commissioner Egge and a second from Supervisor Nelson (carried 9-0).
