Ken Biddick was formally sworn in as a Stone Harbor councilmember during the Jan. 21 meeting. Mayor Timothy J. Carney introduced Biddick and provided a brief summary of his professional background. Councilmember Jennifer Gensemer welcomed him and noted his extensive financial background, saying his focus on financial management "will be a huge asset to the borough." The Borough Clerk administered the oath and Biddick joined the council on the dais.
