Stone Harbor council re-votes to confirm 2025 Zoning Board after procedural error

The Stone Harbor mayor and council on Jan. 21 re-voted to confirm its 2025 Zoning Board members after Borough Solicitor Mr. Bocchi explained that at the Jan. 7 reorganization meeting "a councilmember inadvertently voted on the approval when the correct vote would have been to recuse themselves."
Mayor Carney read the list of 2025 Zoning Board members and Councilmember Bunny Parzych moved to approve the slate. The council approved the re-vote by roll call: Frank Dallahan, Victor Foschini, Bunny Parzych and Robin Casper voted yes; Jennifer Gensemer and Ken Biddick recorded abstentions. Bocchi noted the Zoning Board had not yet met this year and the revote corrects the prior procedural error.
The revote resolves a notice and recusal issue identified by the solicitor; no additional discussion or further action was recorded at the meeting.
