The Stillwater Township Board of Education approved financial and procurement items at its Dec. 15, 2025 meeting, including checks and warrants totaling $674,772.75 for the period Nov. 18–Dec. 15, 2025.
The board accepted two tuition students from the Newton Township Board of Education for Nov. 1–June 30, 2026: a special-education Grade 3 student at a prorated tuition of $26,081 and a regular-education Grade 5 student at a prorated tuition of $21,000. The board also approved a purchase of UniFi network switches and components after July 1, 2026 from Concourse Tech, Inc. for $13,161.34; alternate E-Rate bids listed in the meeting materials were higher (Optimus Technology Company $16,611.40, Rowan IT Solutions $28,302.50, Electronaca Inc. $31,769.50).
Board members approved the items by voice vote. Administration did not request additional action on the technology purchase beyond vendor selection and timing; the purchase is listed for post–July 1, 2026 implementation.
