The board also approved a purchase of UniFi network switches and components after July 1, 2026 from Concourse Tech, Inc. for $13,161.34; alternate E-Rate bids listed in the meeting materials were higher (Optimus Technology Company $16,611.40, Rowan IT Solutions $28,302.50, Electronaca Inc. $31,769.50).
Board members approved the items by voice vote. Administration did not request additional action on the technology purchase beyond vendor selection and timing; the purchase is listed for post–July 1, 2026 implementation.
