Merrimac Commission on Disabilities re-elects leadership, approves signature authority and pays accessibility invoices

Christopher Gaudet, chairman of the Merrimac Commission on Disabilities, was re-nominated to continue as chair at the commission's July 31, 2024 meeting and the body unanimously approved the reorganization motions. Kathleen Sullivan was re-nominated and approved to continue as secretary, and Margaret Sullivan nominated Robert Hart to continue as vice chairman; members present voted unanimously on the slate.
The commission also approved a signature form authorizing Chairman Christopher Gaudet and Vice Chairman Robert Hart to sign Commission on Disabilities warrants.
Margaret Sullivan moved to pay the commission's email account invoice for $87.40; Robert Sinibaldi, member and ADA compliance officer, seconded the motion and members present voted unanimously to approve payment. The minutes also note that an invoice from the Institute for Human Design (recorded as IHCD/IHD in the minutes) for $12,440.00 was paid; the minutes state that payment proceeded because the item had been approved at the June meeting.
The reorganization and payment votes were recorded as unanimous among members present. The minutes list Christopher Gaudet (chair), Kathleen Sullivan (secretary), Robert Sinibaldi (member/ADA compliance officer) and Margaret Sullivan (member) as present; several other members were listed as not in attendance in the attendance section of the minutes.
The commission adjourned at 6:50 p.m. and scheduled its next meeting for September 4, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. in a hybrid format at the Merrimac Senior Center and via Zoom.
