At the Sept. 8 meeting Superintendent Danny Papa reviewed his 90‑day entry plan, outlined goals and progress, and thanked Business Administrator Rene9 Metzgar, Principal Marissa Cramer and staff for assistance during the transition.
The board approved multiple personnel motions. The board retroactively approved unpaid FMLA leave for employee #968 from Aug. 27 to on or about Sept. 24, 2025. The resignation of Lisa Roycroft, Main Office Secretary, effective Sept. 3, 2025, was accepted with regret. The board approved Caitlin Pittenger‑Zgola as a substitute teacher/paraprofessional/main office secretary for 2025–26.
The board approved charging 84 percent of paraprofessional Katherine Schneider's salary (estimated $12,326) to the IDEA Basic Grant (account 20-250-100-106). The board also approved an employment contract for Katelyn Witowski as School Secretary for 2025–26 at a prorated annual salary of $43,500 (Sept. 9, 2025 to June 30, 2026).
A roll call vote was recorded for the personnel block and the motion carried.
