Board approves agenda additions, schedules executive session; Harbor Island dock funding discussed

Separately, Jeff LaRusso requested pre‑purchase of lumber for the final phase of the Harbor Island Park dock rebuild so the village can get on suppliers’ lists amid expected hurricane-related shortages. He estimated floats would cost roughly $38,000–$43,000 and the overall project about $85,000; the item was scheduled for the regular meeting.
At the close of the work session the board moved into executive session and then adjourned; verbal votes on motions to add the agenda item, move into executive session and close the work session were recorded as ayes.
