Larchmont board authorizes AKRF contract to develop $100,000 SS4A safety action plan

Trustee Fanelli moved the authorization; the motion was seconded and carried unanimously. Katzin said the study will propose design and safety measures and that AKRF would serve as consultant under a professional-services agreement to be executed by the administrator.
